Mr. Beal was knowledgeable and reasonably priced in reviewing my estate planning. Im confident in his experience and skills in the area I needed his expertise. I've worked with other attorneys in the past, and always felt rushed, and not accommodated, because my matters were small that wasn't the case with Mr. Beal. He took his time, walked me through the planning process, and didnt overcharge me. I plan on using him for future legal matters as they arise.

Joseph helped me tremendously with the domestic problem I was having. His insight and professional approach was greatly appreciated. I will be using him again if needed. I highly recommend him.

Very poor service - Beware if you have a legal insurance plan. I contacted the office to schedule an appointment to see Mr. Beale regarding estate planning. The receptionist took all of my information and asked what legal services needed. I listed 3 or 4 services. She asked how I heard about their firm and I told her through the legal plan I have with my employer. As I searched for the case #'s I was given by the legal plan, I was told that they were not taking any new clients. If this were truly the case, she could have said that at beginning of the conversation. I believe the firm made the capricious decision not to proceed because it would not generate sufficient revenue. It is obvious that the firm uses legal programs for lead generation and nothing more. Very disingenuous.

The office spent my time giving them all of my information just to tell me that he wasn't accepting new cases. I asked the person if they didn't know that they weren't accepting new cases before wasting my time to give all of that information and all they could do was apologize. I'm wondering if they were trying to collect customer data to sell the information. I specifically asked her to delete all information that I had given them. BTW, this is not Spam. Not sure why the owner is responding to my feedback and calling it spam when he called me and asked me to take this down. I told him that I wasn't going to take it down because it was my experience with his firm. The fact that he's saying that it's spam, speaks to credibility and integrity. It is not spam, it was a true experience from me.

I contacted Mr. Beale about a family law issue this past week. In all of my interactions with Mr. Beale he was extremely knowledgable, prompt and thoughtful with regard to the impact of certain elements we discussed. Within a day, Mr. Beale had answered all of my questions and provided me with a solution that now allows my family and me to move forward in an informed and transparent manner. I am truly grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney specializing in family law.

I used Joseph for some estate planning. As a new dad I wanted to make sure my family was taken care of, and drafting of a will was the 1st step. His price was very reasonable, and the task was complete in a short time. Highly recommend.

Joseph responded to my inquire very quickly. I contacted other attorneys in my area, and I never heard back. I guess I was too small of a client. I had some custody issues with my X, and wanted to take him back to court. Being on a limited budget as a single mother of 2, I needed a honest attorney, who wouldn't take advantage of my situation. Joseph was the right attorney for the job, his estimate was spot on, and didn't overcharge me. I hope I don't have to return back to court, but if I do I'm bringing Joseph with me again, to show the X I mean business.

I was very pleased with the legal services Joseph provided for a sensitive family law issue. As a women I was skeptical about retaining a male to represent me in my case. After reading Joseph's reviews I felt at ease, with a fair amount of women clients he has represented. After everything was said and done, it was a great decision. My case was handled better then expected, and I even received money back from my retainer fee. Other attorneys would have found a way to use those funds as billable hours, but not Joseph. He's a straight shooter, and very honest. Ladies, he's the right attorney for your case!

Joseph Beale has represented me on three different occasions ranging from reckless driving to divorce and has exceeded expectations each time. I'm constantly surprised and impressed with how responsive he is despite his enormous workload. He always has the answers to the questions I have and clearly knows what he is doing. My reckless driving charges were dropped to a small fine and my divorce cost the bare minimum. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a general attorney for any number of things.

I highly recommend Joseph Beale as an attorney for custody, child support, and complicated family law issues. My initial separation agreement (that another attorney had prepared) oddly did not spell out terms for child support, and because I had full-time physical custody of my daughter, I did not push for support for fear of complicating my ex's relationship with her. My divorce was painful enough, and I resisted revisiting the issue for a long time. Eventually, I reached out to Joseph, who worked diligently and professionally with me and with my ex (who lived in another state) to come to a just and equitable solution. This issue is no longer a worry or concern, and our lives are vastly improved thanks to Joseph's time and expertise.
