Arthur stepped in after I had a bad encounter with one of those 800 number services that promise the world. I had been shuffled from person to person at my first tax advisor with no end in sight. Every time I called for an update I had to rehash my story over and o we again. Exhausted and full of fear I looked for a local resource to assist me through my very trying tax issue. I met Arhur and he had updates within days, kept us on track and got me into a final documented payment plan with the state and IRS. There is not enough thanks for the peace of mind he has negotiated for me. Even after he continues to answer questions and assist with the few bumps in the road that came after...it’s the, of course we had additional bumps in the road, but I don’t worry because of my trusted tax resource, Arthur!
