My mother needed a POA completed. Mr. Beale was very helpful and efficient. We were pleased with our visit.

I said I had a pretty good experience overall. The paralegal and translators were extremely nice to my mother and I and even translated for my mother in korean. They are kind people. They tried their best to keep me informed about what was going on. I think overall the idea that someone is working to deal with the paperwork was nice as I am a student and would not have had the time to deal with this issue on my own.
