We are very pleased with our long time CPA's recommendation that we consult Mr. Butts for estate planning. He was very conversational and articulate in discussing various options available. I believe that he set a plan that is efficient and appropriate to our situation. Also, his staff was effective, available, and friendly. He has made himself very available for any further questions we may have.

I am so glad we got Mr. Butts to handle our estate and trust. He is down to earth and doesn't try to impress. His assistant and he work very well together and always addressed our questions with understandable answers - not legal mumbo jumbo! They also put together packages for us to send to all the people who may have a role in administering any of the elements of the package.
