I'm sorry to say calling Mr Butts was not a good experience. I was inquiring about my recent Mothers death in a nursing home. I was asking a lot of questions, he was agitated, said he didn't care and hung up on me.

Knows his subject matter inside and out and patiently explained every step to us as we went along. We were very fortunate to have found him and are very confident that everything is secure for our future and our heirs.

Alfie and his staff did an excellent job for us. He was very knowledgeable and informed. His thoroughness was impressive. We have recommended him to several friends.

We finally took action to update our wills and have trusts drawn up. After reservations about the process, "Alfie" and his legal assistant, Jessica, made it enjoyable. Both spent lots of time with us during three visits, explaining and answering questions from us as well as our sons as Trustees. Both were patient and made explanations easy to understand. We knew from the beginning what the expense would be.

Alfie was an excellent attorney. He assisted my wife and I when we went to him to set up our wills, trust, and powers of attorney, etc. He was very courteous and attentive. He anticipated our questions well and spoke to us in terms we could easily understand. Alfie did everything we asked of him and then some.
