She is one of the best!! Ms. Waugh gave me a complimentary consult and was extremely courteous, detailed and subsequently gave me several options in order for me to choose what direction I should go. Honestly, I had not received that from any other attorney. It was not about the $$ with her. I felt she was looking out for my best interest. Definitely give her a call!!

I've went with Brenda twice. Once back in 2002, in order to expand on my custody and this year to help with the paperwork and court appearance to accept custody of my son so he could move with me to another state. She has always been available when I needed her to answer my questions and to explain what will be happening in my cases. She is a great attorney and I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Mrs. Waugh for any legal help. She is a great attorney. She assisted me in getting a settlement after I was in an accident. She listened and knew what she was doing, very professional. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company, she took care of all that.

I called her to represent me in an auto accident. She spent one hour going on about her auto accident, her family, etc. She then mailed me a mountain of paperwork to fill out, which was the last thing I wanted to do while in pain. I did it despite my better judgment. Now she is too busy to bother to return my calls and I have wasted all that time and effort while sick. I would not recommend her to anyone.
