I got pulled over doing 106 in a 55 which in the state of Virginia is a reckless misdemeanor charge. Mary Nerino was so kind, attentive, professional and helped me walk away with a traffic infraction verses a criminal record. I’m so appreciative of her help and her services are very reasonably priced. It was a pleasure to have her as an attorney and I definitely recommend her to anyone that encounters a traffic charge!

I was charged by Arlington County for something that all the sudden turned my world upside down. Immediately I began to reach out to multiple lawyers, some of whom I met in person and others who I called over the phone. I must admit it was stressful having to choose until I sat down with Mary. After our first encounter, I knew she had the fight in her I was looking for to win my case. Additionally, the price she quoted me for her services was in the same ballpark as other firms, but those other firms not come with the peace of mind that Mary provided. Communication throughout the process was abundant. We kept in touch via email/ text until my trail got closer. During the period of discovery we then switched to Zoom/ phone calls in order to respect the social distancing rules for COVID but to also ensure I had time to ask any questions that I had about my case. Mary was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the process of getting my case resolved. She even called the exact offer the prosecutor was going to give me before they had even made the offer! Of course it wasn't an offer I was willing to take, so we went to court which resulted in the judge finding me not guilty! If you are looking for someone who is going to fight for you in court as if they are fighting for themselves, then look no more. I truly cannot explain how happy I am that I went with Mary amongst all the other lawyers.

Patrick was able to restore my firearms rights. It was quick and easy! We discussed what I needed, he and his team took care of the rest and we met up at the courthouse on the day of the hearing and got the ruling in our favor!
