Sam Mansoor represented the interests of us co-executors in a Fairfax County Civil Court trial regarding a dispute over interpretation of a Will with respect to the distribution of assets from the sale of my step-mother's house. He was engaged, prepared and knowledgeable in the interpretation of the legally dense articles of the Will. I highly recommend Sam to any executors facing a Fairfax County Commissioner's hearing or a trial defending any exceptions thereto.
