My partner and myself have used Vesta almost exclusively for our title work and closings since we started our real estate business in 2010-- serving primarily high-end and therefore highly sophisticated clients in Loudoun County. I was first impressed with Keith Barrett's extensive knowledge about the real estate business in general: then attended numerous courses conducted by him on some of the more complex issues facing real estate agents and their clients in the state of Virginia. No one I have encountered in other title companies or training sessions had the depth of knowledge that Mr. Barrett has...or is able to explain the nuances surrounding the laws as completely and clearly as he and his team can. Our closings have always gone smoothly: our clients often commenting afterwards about the professionalism of the entire process and that they had never experienced a more accurate or calm closing.

Awesome service from start to finish! Mr. Barrett has assembled a great group of professionals at Vesta. A true pleasure to work with. I keep coming back to update this. Now they have even more locations which is huge. But even in a jam they've helped send mobile notaries directly to my client's location, work, home, wherever!!

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. This company failed at so many points of a simple cash settlement, there is no word other than incompetent to describe them. Except maybe criminal, as they tried to keep $4,000 in security deposits related to rent-backs, through a variety of policy-changes and failures to act. I can't believe they can stay in business this way.
