Cheryl Graham deserves a medal. I have been in and out of mediations/ child support modifications etc for 12 years now and Cheryl agreed to take me on a s a client after my first attorney fired me as she couldn't deal with my EX any more and saw no end in sight with him. Thankfully I was referred to Cheryl and she has since been my warrior. Cheryl has not only been my warrior but my advocate and has persevered and mostly has gotten me what I have fought so hard for. It wasn't always easy but we stuck it out together and came through the other side with success, Thank you Cheryl (it's been a wild ride) but I am grateful that you were my counsel to get me over the hardest times.

Ms Graham did absolutely nothing but waste my money. She never did one single thing to help me, but billed me almost $10k before I fired her. Nothing but nasty letters full of lies from OC that I felt necessary to defend and no action or advice from her as my counsel. Cheryl never proceeded with a hearing to institute support for me (note: I was unemployed and supporting 3 children on whatever/whenever my spouse decided to give me anything). She was also rarely in the office (always on vacation) and pawned me off on a junior lawyer who was utterly rude and argumentative all the time (Melanie Dino). I would never recommend Cheryl to anyone. She does nothing at all, literally, but bill you; and will laugh about it right in front of you!

Cheryl is a fantastic family law attorney and I highly recommend her. I retained Cheryl about half-way through my divorce litigation. The transition was painless and she represented me through some of the most difficult times of my divorce. Right away, Cheryl put together a litigation strategy and were able to execute on pretty much every step. She also allowed me to be significantly involved in the preparation of pleadings, planned motion hearings, and other proceedings. In the end, Cheryl not only helped me to obtain all my goals, but actually exceeded them as well. I truly appreciated Cheryl's refrain from unnecessary bluster and litigation that make a difficult time all the more difficult. That being said, she knows when to be firm and is an excellent advocate. More importantly, she knew how to manage me, challenge me when needed, and force me to be introspective and check my own motivations/objectives during a time where emotional decision-making rules the day. I do not know if any other attorney in the Northern Virginia area could have handled all aspects of my case as well as Cheryl did, and I am eternally grateful for having retained her when I did. I truly hope that I never have to go through a divorce or custody litigation again, but if I do, Cheryl will be the first person I call.

Cheryl consulted with me when I was in need of a new attorney. I was referred to Cheryl by a friend who had hired Cheryl for her divorce. I have a very high conflict divorce/ child custody relationship with my ex spouse and Cheryl was aware of the battles ahead. Cheryl and her team have been successful with my legal issues on an ongoing basis and I feel she has my best interests in mind. I can call Cheryl anytime and she delivers my point to the opposing council. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone going through a child custody/ divorce settlement.

I would highly recommend Cheryl Graham as a divorce attorney. I was looking for an attorney to give me the best possible advice in a very difficult situation. I did not want a long drawn out divorce and was willing to compromise a little and she gave me solid advice as to my options and then followed through with my wishes to ensure my best interests were represented.
