I wonder if she still holds a license. I honestly have a different concept of what an attorney is and what they can do for the sake of money. Disgusting!

I sat in on a meeting with my cousin and her lawyer Spencer because she felt like she needed the extra support. When I was there he presented himself in a polite manner but as he surveyed my cousin, he had a very sarcastic and condescending tone towards her answers. He was also asking her for information she had already sent a head of time. He had not seem to have read any of the information she sent him about the case. To add, he didn’t even know the date and time of the case. When my cousin mentioned trying to move to North Carolina he was already negative about it before she even got a chance to discuss her reasons. He shared he was going through something similar and seems to have his personal feelings about his situation conflicting with her case. A week before the case he called her while she was at my place. On the phone he carried the same condescending attitude that he had at their meeting. The day of the trial, he canceled the case without even negotiating her custody concerns with the other lawyer. These were fair and justified concerns even if he didn’t discuss North Carolina. He didn’t even ask her permission to dismiss the case. She had tried emailing him and contacting him about it and he doesn’t respond to her. He also didn’t respond much to her emails throughout the case. She didn’t feel confident that he had her best interest through most of the case and he proved her right. He didn’t even call any of her witnesses. I only got to say my piece because I came with her to the only meeting they had before the case. He also didn’t negotiate some of her custody concerns, even the ones he agreed should be revised. He made her feel like he was doing her a favor (yes she was paying him) but had not done much to help her.

Great law firm. Elizabeth Ross is an amazing attorney who really cares about her clients.

I had a free consultation with Mr. Ryan Schmalzle today. He decided, and I agreed, that it is not worth pursuing my medical malpractice case. However, i was touched by how well he listened to me, and how much he expressed empathy with my medical condition, that i felt compelled to write this review.

Mr. Anderson did a great job representing me. I was pulled over for reckless driving going 94 in a 55 in Frederick County Va and Mr. Anderson got my charge lowered to speeding and all I had to do was take a defensive driving course after my court date, I highly recommend Mr. Anderson to represent you in your case!

Elizabeth Ross proved to be as professional and responsive as we had hoped and much more affordable than we expected. Anyone needing a will prepared/updated would be foolish to look elsewhere.

After having experience with three different attorneys in Loudoun County, I can say that I finally found the right match. A firm with integrity, intelligence and a commitment to their clients. Elizabeth Ross was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, focused, and knowledgeable about the divorce process. Never did she cause undue delays (added expenses like other attorneys). Her paralegal, Jenny, was always helpful, pleasant and easy to work with as well. Elizabeth was calm and professional during what can only be called a very stressful storm, and I would highly recommend her and her team.

I strongly recommend this firm, specifically Elizabeth Ross. Working with her and her paralegal Jenny Peshoff through the negotiations of my separation agreement and final court submissions made a very difficult and emotional process so much easier and comforting. Ms. Ross was very upfront about my chances but very encouraging for what ended up being the best outcome for me. Very reassuring when I was being discouraged, funny when I needed a little laugh and very responsive and professional.

I retained Ryan after i had crossed the rubicon in what was to be a protracted, painful and difficult divorce proceeding with a high conflict spouse. He was clear and goal oriented while at the some understanding of my situation and worked with me to set a strategy that would affect the split while always keeping the best interests of the children first. Court is an adversarial process - and i was glad Ryan was sitting at my table. The process took a very long time. We seemed to hit every high conflict benchmark along the way - and throughout Ryan was logical and calm and presented at times complex information and scenarios in a way that could be understood and an action plan for protecting my interests. He knows the people that operate in the Loudoun cty system - the judges, attorney's, expert witnesses etc. He did not waste time (which is money). I had a few emergency scenarios where i had to call him after normal business hours - which he was able to do and sort out. He knows the law - and helps you to know what you must while in this process. This was without a doubt the hardest thing i ever had to do - Ryan met the challenges as they came and doesnt B.S you - he's not cheap - but the costs of not having him would have been much much more.

I'd give Mr Anderson greater than 5 stars if this review would allow it... Leesburg could use a town full of attorneys like Mr Anderson - he answered every question thoroughly, as it pertained to the actual law which he reads directly from. I called and talked to most of the attorneys on the Loudoun Bar members listing, and no one even compared to his technical insight and understanding. He is easily the first person I'd call if I were in trouble for any reason - b/c he would tell me the (legal) truth so I could make good decisions in order to move forward.
