I’m very grateful that I hired Mr. Anderson to represent me in Loundoun county. A wise man of few words, Mr. Anderson is very clear in letting you know the consequences of your case and the options to resolve it. Very professional. Trust the process and when it’s time to decide, know that you truly have the best attorney on your side. Also Kim is very nice and helpful. I’m grateful for the explanations and emails.

Ryan Schmalzle saved the day for me. He assisted me at the last minute before a MVA hearing, appeared with me on a video call, and was fully prepared. Judge ruled no action, which was the best possible outcome. Ryan has a great team backing him up. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Robert Anderson is without a doubt the best attorney around. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He also has every characteristic that I would want my attorney to have, great communication skills, great judgement, analytical skills, research skills, people skills, perseverance, and creativity. He really went to bat for me and got me an outcome that far exceeded my expectations. I hope that I won’t need a lawyer ever again but if I do I will definitely call him. I highly recommend him.

After paying for a consultation of an hour (which went great) I called to setup a quick call to go over the necessary paperwork to retain the company. I was told I had to pay up front for another consultation so that I could then have the privilege of retaining them as counsel. Attorney refused to get on the phone without up front payment. Amazing!

I was hesitant to hire an attorney to represent me in my DUI charge. The case seemed straightforward, so why not just plead guilty and save the attorney fee. Fortunately, I did hire Mr Anderson. Things happened, technicalities appeared. Mr. Anderson then proceeded to negotiate my conviction down from a 2nd DUI, to a reckless driving conviction, This result was hugely more favorable for me. I had a HIT AND RUN FELONY case and Spencer Beckman was able to ceaselessly negotiate resulting in a final outcome of a misdemeanor wreckless driving as well as reducing the jail time enormously down from months to 2 weeks! And on weekends! (this usually does not happen in loudon) which allowed me to keep my crucial job role! Highly recommended. He has a great working relationship with the courts as well! I shed tears of joy because this could have been 100 times worse.

This Law Practice is incredibly professional and very caring. Mr. Anderson and his assistant Kim made sure I was kept in the loop. They always addressed my worries and took my thoughts into consideration. Mr. Anderson being a former prosecutor knew all the laws and all the "strategies" of the prosecution. He ran all scenarios by me and went over all possible outcomes with me. In the end he got everything dismissed and made sure I understood the legal talk and legal codes. I am very satisfied by the representation I received. I could tell they believed in me and knew I was innocent from the beginning. This was reflected by the frequency of updates I recieved and the heartfelt phone calls by Kim, the office manager. They are a great legal team and great human beings.
