I am from another state and had a wreck in Virginia. Mr. Gibson was able to get my charge of failure to maintain control of a vehicle almost immediately changed to a driving infraction and then dismissed completely. He was quick in responding to communications and clear in his explanation of our options, possible outcomes and main issues. Very thankful to have had him on my side in court.

Two years ago, our neighbors were trying to extort $12,000 from us with regards to a real estate transaction as well as spreading slander about our family. We were in a bind as our family attorney was tied up with a pressing obligation and so we were in need of a back up attorney. Mr. Gibson represented me in court with a reckless driving charge (89/70). He got it reduced to a mere speeding offense.
