I was delighted this week to learn my work disability claim was approved. As Brandon predicted, the initial claim was denied. After the appeal which was quite extensive my claim was approved. Being able to go online and view updates, correspondence and all materials related to my case was very helpful and efficient. The whole team was professional and always compassionate as they walked me through the process (let’s face it, having to deal with paperwork/insurance companies on top of dealing with your own medical difficulties can be overwhelming) I was astounded at the level of detail that Brandon provided when I read the final appeal documents. I have been working with Mr Osterbind and Julia on a current case, and they have been nothing but helpful, plus they made progress in this case that I couldn't get to go anywhere. Osterbind Law, PLLC successfully won a case for my son against Guardian Life Insurance. Guardian was trying to cancel his long term benefits due to lack of understanding of his physical and mental health. The law firm was extremely professional and thorough in their reinstated benefits of ERISA benefits for him. They responded to my questions and sent to me progress of their research as it unfolded.
