Mark Dunevant at Dunevant Law P.C. was great to work with! I wish I could give 10 stars but google only allows 5! As we called around for legal help.. we were referred to Mark Dunevant by three other attorneys initially, so I knew at that point he was the right choice for us! Mark represented my case with excellent care and knowledge and wisdom! He listened to my full story and got to know me and my relatives to learn our situation so that he could provide the best representation! Mark always shuffled his schedule around to be available during short notice meetings and hearings, he went over and above to protect me from any harm to my name or record from any and all lies told against me, false accusations, extreme hostility, public harrassement, attempted burglaries, stalking, provocation… etc. that I endured! Mark guided me through every step of my divorce and custody battle! Mark controlled the courtroom with expert knowledge and confidence and ran circles around the opposing attorney! Mark did so well for me that I am actually in a better place now in life being single than I ever was being married….. can you believe that?!? Mark was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I listened. As soon as I hired him as my Divorce Lawyer, I got back my peace of mind. I explained my situation to Mark and he was immediately working with me. We only had two business days to prepare, but he even took precious time out of his weekend to help me! I’m happy to say that he was able to settle the issue before we had to walk into the courtroom and now I have the opportunity to work on these matters outside of court again. We hired Mark to handle a small matter for us. His attention to detail was exceptional. Cost was very reasonable compared to others. Always was willing to answer all many many questions in a timely manner. Also was very knowledgeable and reasonable.

Mark was the fourth attorney I hired in Campbell county regarding my custody hearing. I fought for additional visitation and custody with all four lawyers over the course of 10 years for one child. In November of 2021 Mark was able to finally win me custody and I took my child home that day. My gratitude couldn’t be more overwhelming for him and his family. As someone who has kids himself I’m sure he can better embody not only being an attorney but a father in a lot of his cases. In addition I usually hire attorneys that are sharks. But mark is calm and reserved in his approach and still gains access to the things we needed to make it happen. I would hire him again for future cases.

Mark Dunevant is an awesome lawyer. He helped me with a motion to show cause for failure to pay support and a motion to amend the child support order against the non-custodial parent. If I need a lawyer in the near future, I will definitely hire him again.

I never got the feeling Mark was trying to just make as much money from me as possible. He always gave sound advice and counsel and I never felt rushed when speaking with him. And always told me his job was to look out for my best interest and to make sure I got a fair deal. Highly recommend without any reservations.
