During a crisis such as this, most people are flexible and work with one another to find solutions. Most are in the 21st century when it comes to payments ie: Pay Pal or Venmo. Nope not Willoughby. She's stuck in the 20th century. Her professionalism is non-existant and her compassion is even less.
