My wife hired Joe as I sat in custody in another state for something I did not do. He guided her through what could and would happen during the extradition process. Once I was extradited to VA, Joe had arranged for a bonds man to get me out immediately. We worked our way though this ridiculous process. First he got a fictitious protective order dismissed, then he got to work on making sure the truth came out. After all charges were dismissed, he has continued to work with me to get the correct person who did this acknowledged. Joe and his paralegal have been wonderful, very supportive, attentive, and compassionate, most importantly delivered the end result that I needed. Highly recommend Joe and will continue to do so.

Joe stepped up to plate and really delivered a grand slam home run for me in the bottom of the 9th. I was charged with some pretty serious charges for something in which I was not involved in, and I wanted to vociferously defend myself against from the very beginning. Joe listened intently while I fully explained the exact circumstances to him. He asked follow up questions to some of the things I said to be absolutely sure he understood every facet of the case. He found several inconsistencies after discovery that were contradicting of each other, and began painting an entirely different picture then what the SA was trying to. Joe successfully used this slight opening, and systematically worked to completely dismantle the entire case and "evidence" which were being used against me. Only after he was able to come to the negotiating table from a position of strength, did Joe even consider going to the SA to work out a settlement. He successfully defended me and my reputation and really put everything he had into it. I am extremely grateful to him for his high energy defense and highly recommend him.

Me. Thelin was assigned to me as a court appointed attorney. However, he treated me like a client paying a million dollar retainer. He is incredibly easy to talk too. He fights hard to get the best deals possible for his clients. He explains options clearly and concisely. He discusses with his clients what is best for them under their specific circumstances. I have paid over 5 grand to one lawyer, and have had 4 different lawyers throughout my life. All of them were paid hefty sums of money. My Thelin is just a class above all the other lawyers.
