I recently had a very worrisome case that would have been very difficult for me to get through. Hiring Jim was the best decision I made. I got the best outcome for myself and my families future. I just finished my case with Mr. McCoart and my experience was nothing less then impressive. Jim is smart, observant, cool headed under pressure and will be enthusiastic about you and your case. You can definitely tell that being a lawyer is his passion and that he truly cares about your you and your case. My case was taken all the way to trial and Jim never backed down once. Once in the trial he delivered an excellent Q/A on the officers involved and wasn't afraid to object to anything the prosecution threw our way.
