He was very helpful with giving me advices answering my questions. I was very impressed with the quick response and helpful information.

Tenant skipped out on lease agreement early. Rob called and we spoke briefly about my situation. He asked me what I wanted from the Tenant, then explained if the facts were correct what he thought I would be entitled to. We discussed his hourly rate, approximate number of hours it would be and the retainer. He asked me to send him the lease agreement along with some other receipts, he would look over and get back to me. He called a few hours later and said he would take my case and I was being realistic on what I was seeking.
