All staff provided excellent service. I was given frequent updates on my case. Mr. Breeden did a great job negotiating and provided appreciated advice based on his knowledge.

Mr Breeden and his office not only kept me informed of where my case was over the course of the 2 years it took settle, but they also addressed fears I had with the progress of the case, the insurance company tactics, and the courts system. He handled the under-insured claim with confidence and knowledge of rules and regulations placed on my particular situation. I was impressed that MY questions were answered, and that I was not given generalities or answers for similar, but not "my" circumstance. Well done, and thanks.

Took my case when two lawyers turned me down, worked deligently on the case and got me a fair settlemet after the case was filed.

Mr. Breeden was referred by a competent, retiring attorney for a minor collection account with anticipated future accounts. His presentation was tossed out by the judge which he was required to refile. He neither kept me apprised nor refiled the account. He should have advised this client that a $700 collection was below his ability and I would have thanked him for his honesty.

I was being sued by a credit card company for a credit card I had never had. I was in a panic. From our first consultation, he put me at ease, assured me everything would be fine. He got the case dismissed, and now we are going to sue the credit bureaus and credit card company for the mess they made of my credit. I am glad I went to him - other attorneys I had spoken to did not even want to hear about my problems.
