James McCoart is an incredible lawyer. He is very reliable and easy to get in contact with. He was dealing with my boyfriends case on some very serious charges and my boyfriend walked away with no jail time thanks to Mr. McCoart!

Upon meeting with Mr mccourt, I was appalled by his intusiastic demeanor. As soon as I handed him my documents he immediately found a mistake made by the charging officer. I was facing jail time with the two charges against me. His confidence gave me encouragement in dealing with the stress. We went to court the first time and he decided to continue it because they weren't willing to make a deal that would benefit me. The second time we went, the officer showed up 45 minutes late to the court room which gave mr mccourt time to go outside and strike a deal with the prosecutor (smart move). He then pulled me outside of court room 4 to announce the great news that the charge that would have set me back a year was dropped. His experience and knowledge for the court system is one of a kind.
