Mr. Kershner is by far one of the most impressive and inspiring individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. His desire to provide the best value possible and much needed navigation through our broken justice system is brilliant. Outside of business his character clearly remains congruent as he is a devoted family man, clergy member, and local government official. Recently he helped resolve a devastating accusation attempt known in parental alienation matters as a silver bullet or parental nuking. My ex-wife was able to get Spotsylvania County, Va to indite me on a felony child abuse charge which was adjusted to two misdemeanors which at this point I involved Mr. Kershner. Once Mr. Kershner took over my case at a gracious price he quickly got started objectively understanding every detail. When the two of us would speak he was very straightforward with his perceived outcomes, different strategies, and law proceedings. I was charged with racing in Chesterfield, VA. In addition to the racing charge, I was cited for driving at speeds above 100 MPH. It was the double whammy of traffic busts. A charge like this can carry severe penalties, including jail time and multi thousand-dollar fines.
