Recently I received couple tickets at the same time. I was not sure what to do or who to contact or right person to deal with. I did some research online to find attorney near me. From online I found an organization "Price Benowitz" with very good rating. There I found Attorney Andrew Lindsey. He explained me everything that what we will go through together and also advised me what should I do in order to get best possible result output. He also mentioned fees and price before taking the case so that nothing remains hidden. He saved me from those tickets. I paid only minimum court fees and balance; No points was deducted because of the violation. As a person, I give him highly credit for his professionalism and being honest & straight forward. I was charged with Malicious Wounding. Malicious Wounding is a serious felony in Virginia which carries years in prison, high fines, years of probation, and a permanent criminal record. I hired Mr. Lindsey and he knocked my charges down to Domestic Assault & Battery which is a Misdemeanor. He is very professional and I would highly recommend. He got me into a first offenders program and after 2 years of good behavior, my charges were dropped.

I was recently charged with a reckless driving charge in VA going 94 in a 70. Steve told me the steps I needed to take to potentially reduce the charge. He was very thorough and straightforward with me. I followed his steps and in the end he got my reckless reduced to a non moving infraction, no points on my record, and a small fine. I hired Andrew to represent me in a somewhat scary traffic case. I had slowly passed a stopped school bus and got a ticket. I went to court by myself, and was surprised and dismayed to discover the town attorney was seeking jail time. Fortunately, the judge said I could find an attorney and come back. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Andrew, and I am very glad I did. He gave me very clear and detailed instructions on what to do before the trial, which I followed scrupulously. When the trial was set for a date (August 31) when I needed to be out of state, I asked Andrew if he could arrange to have me excused from appearing. He said he would try, and he succeeded. I didn't need to come to court, ended up paying a modest fine, and got an outcome that yielded no points or negative marks on my driving record. I would very strongly recommend Andrew for anyone in a situation like mine. Five stars, for sure!
