The Irving Law firm has handled a few business matters for us. They have done the job time over time. Well connected and respected in Manassas and the surrounding counties. John has become a great friend and counsel. Can't imagine using any other Law firm.

When we engaged Mr Branca for a criminal case in Loudoun County Virginia, I immediately noticed the maturity and command he had over his voice and knowledge of criminal law. He was able to negotiate a bond with the prosecutor, he was able to negotiate a deal with the prosecutor that dismissed the charges prevented me from receiving a charge. He then was able to shift gears to an adjacent county and deal with a probation violation in which the case was dismissed. Mr Branca diligently worked tireless hours on both cases. He was always there for me when I called his firm he represents, The Irving Law Firm, and when he wasn't available, I always was given a specific time to call back and connect. Mr Branca always gave me an honest perspective of the case and the potential worst case scenario of the charges and best case scenarios. He never sugar coated anything and gave me a false hope of an unrealistic outcome. In the end the outcome were back to back home runs and a win!!! His command and confidence within the court room is beyond his years as a lawyer and holds a vast amount of wisdom and knowledge of case law and criminal court procedure. Lawyer does not contact clients before a hearing. Henshaw Is rude and does not work well with clients. He showed up late to the hearing. He did not do his due diligence to contact witnesses in advance or call them.
