I called Anna Bristle about a child custody case. She was not able to take the case because she was already in court on the day of the trial. Even though she was not making any money she took the time to recommend other lawyers. When they were not able to help and I called her back she took even more time to give advice and help point me in the right direction. She truly is out to help the kids even when it does not benefit her.

I hired Anna Bristle as my lawyer for my custody battle in December 2021. I am a disabled combat veteran with two purple hearts. During our initial interview she told me that payment wasn’t an issue because I could leverage the house. After 4 months she told me that my 5k retainer had been used up and I owed $1700. She refused to even talk to me about this payment. I told her that I could not come up with all of it and make a $700 good faith payment. She dropped me as her client 3 days before my pretrial without even an email. I begged her to work out a payment solution and she didn’t even respond to my email. She told the Judge that it wasn't about the finacnes it was me. The entire time she barely answered an email and she always talked down to me like I was stupid. Honestly it felt like she hated me for being a veteran. I do not recommend her or her firm. I feel they hate veterans.

If you need a great lawyer to defend you, read this story patiently. Back in February of this year, my daughter was taken from me by my ex-husband for over two weeks. Three years later into our shared custody, my ex-husband unilaterally decided to move 32 miles away from me. Originally, I was ordered to move back closer to him to make the transport of my child easier since he was asked to handle the driving for our shared custody. I had a feeling he was planning to do something again when he told the judge he will move away because he never discussed it with me first. I was right. He moved, took my little girl on our usual exchange date and when it was time for my visitation he did not want to give me my daughter. I was worried about my little girl because it was the first time that I am not seeing her for my visitation. I called the police but they could not implement the order because they did not see the full court order he handed to them. The next day, I went to court to ask for help and they told me to file a motion. During the initial hearing I did not have a lawyer. His lawyer handed me some legal documents for Discovery. I accepted it not knowing what I was being served. The document required me to reveal very private legal information. I did not know if I should answer them or not. That same day, I came home. I found myself searching in Google: “the best female lawyers” in my area/zip code. I saw law firms with 5-star reviews but when I found Anna’s profile I just stopped looking. I had that God-given feeling that this is the one person I need to help me and my little girl. It’s like God just literally whispered in my ears to call their number. I dialed their number and spoke to Courtney. She listened to my brief description of the story and scheduled a meeting with Anna. I came to their office and waited with Kim at the reception area. I noticed Anna had so many awards. Anna came out and invited me to her office. Just with the first question I knew she was brilliant because I have spoken to so many lawyers about my case but no one ever asked me the questions she asked me. Right then, and there I decided I will retain Anna. I told her how I had to reach out to an organization just to see my little girl again. The next time I went to court, I had Anna with me. Anna and Courtney had a week to prepare the answers to the Discovery his lawyer handed to me. It was such a peculiar Discovery but Anna and Courtney worked so hard to prepare the answers and meet the deadline. The only thing in between me and another victory for my ex, is Bristle Law. When we went to court the next time, Anna asked for a full Discovery and the hearing was set to November. I submitted so many evidences and Courtney tirelessly worked and read through all of them. I don’t know how she did it because it was well over a thousand pages altogether. Came November, Anna and I went to court for the final hearing. Anna made an introduction of the case, and I was listening to every word she said and all I could think of was “OMG!”. She will blow you away for how she can confidently yet calmly and eloquently summarize your case. I could not believe how intelligently she presented the case with full clarity. My ex-husband could not lie for the VERY FIRST TIME. The court gave me custody of my little girl and now we are living together. In just a month her health is so much better, her separation anxiety is less and she has all the freedom to nap and not be awakened. If you are in a similar battle and fighting a manipulative person, you have to call Anna. She is BRILLIANT! I was so blessed the day I found Anna and Courtney. Furthermore, I think it is worth noting that Anna and Courtney truly cares about children because I notice they really look at your character. This was a dream come true. God has sent me this firm and it’s attorney Mr. Matthew Davis as the help that I prayed for. The attorney was doing work that I didn’t even expect. Because of his knowledge and experience as a mercy from God I was able to get custody of my children. All praise is for God and the help was Bristle Law, PLLC. I recommend them from my heart.
