I have used Livesay and Myers, P.C. for my divorce and to amend my divorce when needed. They were fair in their pricing, and I was satisfied with what they quoted me. The best part was when I got my legal papers back (a couple of years ago) for my divorce which they did, I got a CD with everything from the first conversation, payment copies, to the final result. I was blown away that I have a copy of everything on a CD now if I ever needed just a particular document, all I have to do is find it and print it. Again, I was very, very pleased on what the offered and did and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an attorney. Mr. Menze and Ms. Scott were extremely helpful in guiding me along the process during my custody case. During this time I had a lot of questions and not knowing the unknowable - this team helped me get through all of that and kept me on level ground during this time. I was referred to the firm of Livesay & Myers, P.C. by a long time friend who used the firm 10 + years ago to handle their divorce. From the beginning, 30 May 2023 to the final order 8 Aug 2023, the attorney Ms. Cara Wallace and her paralegal Ms. Taryn Arp were always available to advise and answer questions, and believe me we (my now ex-wife and myself) had a lot. Even though they were not representing her they were still able to provided assists to her. Due to the leanth of our separation our process was very streamlined. Everything was ble to be done online, that being said I am old school, I like to face to face with my business partners. Even though I did not get to meet with my team during the few unscheduled office visits that I made, the staff was still very professional and helpful in my divorce process. If in the future I may need legal advise Livesay & Myers will be my first call.

I called few attorneys before I contacted attorney Cara for my prenup agreement. She was clear on terms and explained to me well regarding the process. Reason I gave 4 stars is, when Cara’s office asked me send financial data for both of us, I sent only mine because that’s the only thing need to be included. How ever her paralegal drafted for both of us which have to re draft to include only mine.

I had an excellent experience with Beth Chavez and her paralegal Tanima Scholl. They helped me get custody of my son , Beth was fantastic with helping me make decisions and pointing me in the right direction. I would highly recommend this duo for any custody case.
