Don’t know where to start..

Informative. Customer oriented.

I have long been skeptical of lawyers, however, Amanda Kimble was an exceptional attorney who worked hard on my case, and helped set me more at ease with the process. She took the time to fully answer all of my questions, disarm my nerves, and presented both points and counterpoints to each scenario we faced. At no time did I feel as if I were just another client, just another case. Anyone who knows me knows that I do not trust easily, however, I came to trust Amanda to represent my interests and give me the unvarnished truth about everything. I also do not like to leave reviews, but I felt that Amanda deserved recognition for the outstanding job she did in representing me and my interests. I hope never to have to do this again, but if I do, I'm calling Amanda.

Melannie Dino helped me through a difficult time. She provided expert advice and set expectations from day one. It made the entire processes easier to understand and reduced anxiety. Michelle Evans also provided excellent service and timely responses to all questions.

She handled my divorce and made it easier knowing I was being well taken care of. Questions were answered quickly and were explained with an answer that I could understand. Ms. Raheen, and paralegal Taryn Arp, made the best team in dealing with a prolonged and difficult divorce. Every aspect of my case was handled professionally and efficiently. For over a year, Ms. Raheen and Ms. Arp always made me feel they understood my case, had an absolute grasp on Virginia law, and worked hard to focus on my best interest in the outcome… always with a sense of fairness and reality in mind. Rachel and Cindy were also great to deal with on routine invoicing. The best of all is the peace of mind I had being represented by such a competent group!

This law firm made the process to begin and complete my divorce seem quite effortless. Ms. Dino is no nonsence and she excels at quickly being able to focus on the important and pertinent aspects of your case. After the initial separation agreement form was filled out and those details ironed out, this firm largely handled the rest of the process without me having to do almost anything. They kept me well informed along the way and I had full trust in them. The paralegal, Ms. Evans was also exceptional to work with. Their pricing is excellent, considering what you get for your money. I qualified for the flat fee divorce rate and they never tried to upcharge me or sell me on extra services. I received a fairly large refund check at the end as well in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a no-hassle process with very knowleageable, courteous, and professional staff.

This is a late review but I felt this still needed to be shared. I'm a single father and was dealing with a situation in which I was greatly concerned for the well being of my child and desperately needed some help. Without getting too into the specifics of my case, I was concerned that my child's Mother would try to move away and take our child to another state far away. She was a very unstable person and had a tendency to behave very erratically. She also had no respect for the court system in Prince William County, she would often file cases against me without showing up and often would not abide by the final orders given by the court. I needed to act fast and I needed an attorney who really knew the law and was very sharp. After seeing an add for Livesay & Myers I called and was referred to Ariel Baniowski. Ariel Was AMAZING!!!! She was extremely knowledgeable, diligent and prompt in her work. I knew I found the right person for the Job!! It has been almost 2 years since the last time I had to goto court and my Child has been safe with me ever since. Ariel really changed the course of my case and left a lasting impression that has also changed the attitude of my child's Mother. Things have been so much better for me and my child ever since.
