Livesay & Myers is hands down the best and most professional law firm I’ve ever been to. We had started our case in a different state that we needed to finish in Virginia. They reached out to the previous lawyer we worked with and finished everything so fast! They always respond quickly and answered any questions I had the same day. Ms. Howell and Ms. Brennan are amazing, they are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do! I highly recommend them!

Ms. Layla Raheen has represented me in my divorce. She was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and prepared/filed on everything in a very timely manner. If I ever had a question and sent her an e-mail, she was very responsive and would get right back to me either via email or phone call. She gave excellent advice, and always kept me informed and up-to-date on the status of the proceedings and my case. I was always sent copies of everything to review prior to it being filed, and final copies after it had been filed/entered by the court. I had a great experience working with Melannie Dino. She was wonderful about looking out for my best interest but she also took the time to listen to what I wanted and how I felt. She was very informative and helpful during the whole process, and was very thorough with every bit of paperwork, as was her paralegal Colleen Brennan. They both kept me informed at every step so I always knew what was happening and what stage we are at. I would highly recommend them!

About 8 months ago, I got served with divorce papers and I am very thankful that I sought Livesay & Myers for counsel representation. Mrs. Ariel Baniowski represented me and did a phenomenal job of it! It was a long and expensive process, but definitely worth the investment especially when we went to Divorce Court and Mrs. Baniowski successfully fought for me, as a Soldier, to have primary custody of our three young children. When going through one of the most difficult times of my life, someone recommended Livesay and Myers to me. I met with Mrs. Ariel Baniowski and was immediately relieved to not be going through it alone! She was straight forward with me from the beginning, never gave me false hope but fought the fight with me every step of the way! I cannot recommend her enough and was more then pleased with the outcome. No one wants to go through divorce or custody battles but with her in your corner you know things will get done! Great law firm! Staff is very friendly and welcoming upon entering. My attorney, Ariel Baniowski was exactly the type of person I needed for my case. Prior to meeting her, I met with 3 other attorneys at different firms. I did not feel comfortable with either of them handling my case as I didn’t feel they were confident and supportive enough for my particular situation. However, Ariel had the amount of aggressiveness I needed to push me into the right direction, yet listening to my concerns as well throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and very attentive to my matter. She was about making everything fit into my favor. No doubt, I definitely will seek her legal services again for future outcomes.
