Mr. Francescon was appointed to represent me on a probation violation a few years ago, since then I have missed the court date twice due to being in rehab, and once this past December because I mixed up my dates. He got me out on bond ALL THREE TIMES I’ve missed court. My father posted a one star review for him saying that he has done me dirty and made promises he can’t keep because he was angry that I had to sit in jail an extra week due to the courts being closed for the holidays. What my dad wrote is NOT TRUE and I ask that you disregard his negative review. Mr. Francescon is a great attorney and a great man and I owe my freedom to him.

Peter Francescon absolutely sucks at being a court appointed attorney. Has done my sone dirty several times on the same case. He didn’t even show up to court for my sons last court date. He makes promises he can’t or won’t keep and is very arrogant. If you need a awesome attorney go get Tim Olmstead, his office is right beside the court house.
