If it wasn't for the Wilson Law firm I would have totally lost my business. I do ride sharing through the various online platforms available. I had an unfortunate episode at National Airport on December 2nd of this year. There was an error in one of the Rideshare apps that cause me to think I could go faster than what was allowed. As a result, I was charged with Reckless in the state of Virginia. Thanks to the expert tutelage of Kevin Wilson and his wonderful staff, the matter ended up being resolved. instead of being convicted of reckless driving, I ended up pleading guilty to simply disobeying a highway sign, sleeping in my vehicle. It went from a class 1 misdemeanor down to a non point in fraction non-moving violation. if you are a Rideshare driver in the state of Virginia and you get charged with Reckless, this is the man you want to see.
