Dr. Dischley helped get my 98/70 reckless driving ticket reduced to improper driving. Couldn’t be happier!

David is a great lawyer not to mention very down-to-earth and knows his way around a courtroom. The best part of his service was that he got back to you if you had a question! That is simply AMAZING.

Imagine: 2 DUI’s in 2 years, (for a total of 3), and 2 DIP’s while on probation for aforementioned DUI’s. Outlook= not good. I was sentenced to jail time and license suspension for 3 years, however, Mr. Dischley advised me to appeal the judgement, which I did. Thanks to Covid and my probation violations, the proceedings were drawn out over a 2 year period. I had to appear in 2 different county courts multiple times, and his partner, Attorney Patrick O’Brien, also represented me in court a few times. Long story short, I only ended up having to pay a relatively small fine. Basically, Mr. Dischley and his team are miracle workers, and my family and I will be eternally grateful.

I just have to say David was amazing! He was recommended to me by my daughter and what a blessing. He made me feel confident in the process and advised me throughout the process. He also recommended a support group which has made an incredible difference in my life. I owe so much to David. I also have to say that on the day of Court, I felt so confident in his ability. This is the 2nd time David represented my in a DUI/DWI case. He was compassionate and understanding to the circumstances of this 2nd incident. Most importantly, he WOULD NOT STOP fighting for a lighter sentence with the prosecuting attorney (PA). He went to the PA at least three times before the court session began on the day of my case. The PA was unwilling to budge on a 1st DUI conviction. But then when the PA saw me in court, everything that David said about me and the "tragic" event that brought me to court, the PA was able to finally "see" and knew David was championing for a just resolution. Just before the court session was to begin, the PA asked for "'5 minutes" so that they (David and the PA) could speak -- for a fourth time -- this time, David secured for me the lighter judgement. I will always be grateful. David is not only a skilled lawyer but a true advocate
