Unprofessional and rude. Kate especially. My ex husband lawyer and her were unprofessional. My ex husband told me things reguarding my attorney about our case before i knew.

3/28/2017 - Don Daugherty represented my fiance in her most recent visitation battle. He was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Our case wasn't a big deal but he treated it like it was a big case b/c he knew it was a big deal to us. Hopefully we never have to step foot in a court house ever again, but if we do we're definitely going to talk to Don.

Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend the Daugherty Law firm. I have used their services on three occasions and I have received nothing but pure professionalism and integrity.

I worked with Mike Daugherty during my divorce. He handled my case with due diligence and professionalism. He was really responsive, reasonable and someone who truly cares about your well-being. The Daugherty Law Firm is council you actually need at a value you will appreciate. I retained Don and his family of law professionals for a family matter and I have not regretted Don's council at any step of the legal processes. Don is a wealth of knowledge and that is not only apparent when he represents you in the court room but also as a subject matter expert in life as well. Don and his team do not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear; especially when emotions and a lack of understanding about all the grey areas that are Virginia Law. Save the consoling for family and friends and let Don or anyone in his arsenal of legal experts do what they do best; represent you as their client. I have had a lot of ups and down throughout the process but Don remained strong, tactile, sharp, thorough and valiant. This was implicitly noticeable once the legal process is over. Even though I now have clarity that the process is over the lessons you take away and knowledge you glean from Don is invaluable. As a client you can see the experience shine when comparing other less than adequate lawyers representation of other clients in the courtroom which is another level of satisfaction of value measured against others parties. Don, I will see you again the very next time I require legal council. Thanks again for all the hard work and perseverance. I will miss the off the record banter!
