The Daugherty Law group has NO MORALS and separated loving fathers from his kids for a profit

I have been a client of the Daugherty Law Firm for years. Specifically David Daugherty. He’s beyond fair, honest and always accommodating.Whether it was a simple traffic ticket or more, he has been nothing but accommodating, realistic, respectful and on top of everything. I wouldn’t trust anyone else handling my cases, including the tough one currently. I text him and he responds, I overthink everything and he still deals with me. Truly an amazing lawyer!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

I'm very disappointed I wanted to have a consultation due to their good reviews, I called them twice, they said they were gonna return the call which they never did, after couple of days my sister called them too and they told them the same thing a lady named Kate (I believe is the attorney) was gonna return the call and after 2 weeks we are still waiting

David is definitely one of the best lawyers in Northern Virginia. He showed aggressive argument towards my case and won. I most definitely recommend him for any case.

Words alone cannot express the gratitude I have for Kate. My case came as a big surprise and weighed heavily on me. Kate was there every step of the process to educate, give me options, support me emotionally and guide me through all the difficulties of all the court proceedings. She always made my family feel as a priority and at times, she made it seem the case was personal for her as well. Had we lost the case, I would have still left this same review; however, she walked into that court room like a fierce mama bear and fought for my daughter with professionalism and confidence and the judge’s final decision was in our favor.
