Look NO FURTHER THIS IS THE ONE! I can’t even begin to explain how great the outcome was! I had a reckless driving ticket and was so scared cause this was my second reckless in a year. All be it two very different scenarios. Either way 2 reckless in a year both in the 80 mph range is just not good. So as I’m looking for a lawyer who I thought would do best I came across her page and stopped and it was the best choice I ever made! Results she got me NO POINTS VIOLATION 100$ fine! All this was done at my arraignment! So grateful as I’m going through background checks for work. The fact this was hung up in court for months is the best thing that could have happened not to mention did I say NO POINTS!! I do not plan on driving over the speed limit of 64 for the foreseeable future!! But if I ever need representation in court I will not call anyone else no matter where the violation is! I write this review in regards to my attorney, Seema, ruchandani I was fortunate and blessed in The court Appointing Seema as my attorney, we went to court today and I couldn’t ask for any better Judgment today at court, I’ve never had a lawyer that really cared for a client. She was very honest from the get-go, never sugarcoated anything and never had a problem doing anything I asked her to do for me in my case and I just want to thank her for everything and for making me feel like she was on my team you know I’ve never had that feeling I’ve always thought that quarter pointed or public defenders were always working with each other and with Seema. I never felt that and if you are looking for an attorney, that’s going to be honest and never sugarcoat anything and be direct then I would recommend that you hire Seema.

Mrs. Seema D. Ruchandani was a blessing! She cares and fights for you! I was in a situation that turned ugly (empty water bottles were threw at each other - don't do this as it is considered "assault" in VA) and on the surface its uglier when reading what the charge is by someone. She gathered all the facts and fought for me to get my charges dismissed and my record cleared after appeal to the next higher court (my first lawyer only seemed to care about getting paid). **Only thing is I was charged with one charge (Assault) in the lower court, and she put down that I was charged with Assault & Battery. I never got charged with Battery because the water bottles that were thrown never hit the person. She told me they go hand and hand which another lawyer told me they don't. Nonetheless the charges were dismissed in the next higher court thanks to her. I still recommend her for any situation you may be in and always give her name when someone asks if I know a great lawyer! I will honestly say that.

She advised me on the steps I needed to complete before setting foot in court. After following her advise and completing all her recommended actions I came out with a serious reduction in my changes down to speeding.
