my Son In Law got a reckless ticket from a PWC police officer for passing in a turning lane when it was not a turning lane. Steve Duckett got the evidence to prove the officer was wrong and a Reckless ticket got dismissed. Honestly can say that if you have any kind of traffic/criminal charges that you want gone or reduced you need to go with STEVE DUCKETT and nobody else. You will be Thankful that you did!! Steve Ducket represented my son in two separate reckless driving tickets, one of which involved an accident and driving without a license (he only had a permit at the time). In both cases, my son walked out of court with a clean driving record. I recommend Steve because he is honest and will get you the results that he says he will.

If you need a very good attorney that will truly work hard for the best possible outcome, Hire Steve Duckett. My case was not as interesting as some of the others I see in the reviews. I was charged with RD and there was no chance of getting it dismissed because my recent driving record wasn't pretty. I knew that and Steve agreed. The best I could hope for was a reduction to simple speeding. Steve told me the things I needed to do before my court date that would give him the best chance to negotiate a reduced charge. On the day of my hearing Steve took care of business and got the charges reduced. I don't really think that my case was much of a challenge for an attorney of Steve Duckett's caliber but he attended to it as if it were his most important case. My brief experience , being represented by Mr. Duckett provided me with great assurance that if I ever need a really good attorney or if a friend or family member asks me if I know a good attorney. Great job helping me contest speeding charges in P.W. County Court. Steve advised me regarding steps in advance of my court date that could favorably affect the outcome. I can't give enough praise for the legal skills of Steve Duckett. I work as a pharmaceutical sales rep and any points on my license can cost me my job. When a truck ran into me owned by a family with political connections, a witness appeared out of nowhere 20 min after the accident, and a despicable cop chose to give me a reckless driving ticket, I felt lost and without hope. I spoke to numerous lawyers but Mr. Duckett was the most professional, honest with expectations, costs and options. In the end, he actually was able to get the entire case dismissed!
