JC Estevez and Nicole Naum are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. JC and Nicole always gave me the pros and cons of every situation that arose along the way. They spent numerous hours of time preparing every little detail for trial. After almost 4 years I finally had my chance in front of a jury and these two went to work on my behalf like no other. JC recently helped me with a reckless driving ticket. I had prior speeding tickets and was facing possible jail time, against all odds, he was able to have it reduced to a speeding and no jail time. Mr. Estevez and his staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. One thing I really liked, was the professionalism that Mr. Estevez demonstrates, and the fact that he doesn’t give false promises, like many other attorneys do, instead he gives you a realistic view and possible outcomes of your case. In October of 2018 I was driving my Chevy Silverado not far from home when I suffered a medical condition which caused me to lose consciousness. My truck struck another vehicle, pushed it on its' side and then pushed it into a third vehicle. I was not injured but there was at least one other passenger in the car I hit who suffered injury in this accident. By coincidence all 3 vehicles had been insured by the same company. I had been a volunteer EMT and ambulance with our local rescue squad many years ago and when Prince William County police responded to my accident agreed to have my blood drawn. In January of 2019 I received a summons to Prince William County Court on charges of reckless driving. I employed Mr. Estevez and remember meeting with him in his office on the morning of my court appearance. I informed him that I'd rather not have to appear in court and he readily accepted my decision. About an hour or so later he returned to his office where I had been waiting and told me that the court had decided to Nolle Prosequi my court case. I can highly recommend Mr. Estevez and most definitely know that he provided me with the best possible representation for my court case.

I initially contacted another local attorney in my hometown who after listening to the details of my case immediately referred me to Juan Estevez. I made one phone call to his office and spoke with one of his assistants. She competently informed me about what I needed to do to become their client. I was impressed by the knowledge of this assistant and agreed to place my case with Mr. Estevez and his staff. My case was initially due to be heard in court in November 2018, it was then rescheduled to December and was finally rescheduled to and took place in early January 2019. Mr. Estevez quickly agreed to my several special requests and did everything necessary to be certain that I was comfortable with my transportation to and from court as well as assuring that I was kept aware of the outcome of my court hearing.
