I highly recommend Naum Estevez if you are an out of state driver dealing with a reckless driving charge in Virginia. Mr. Estevez recently represented me and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. The reckless driving charge was ultimately amended to a regular speeding ticket. In other words, I avoided a criminal misdemeanor charge on my record, possible jail time, and ridiculous fees ($1000+). Mr. Estevez was professional, honest, and dedicated to my case from day one. Mr. Estevez is honest, upfront, lays it all out for you and gives you a list of everything you need to do to prepare for court. He does exactly what he says he’s going to do and has an excellent staff. He knows how to relate to young adults as well as a nervous mom. He gives you the facts and what scenarios can happen in court - the best and worst outcomes so you are prepared. I would hire again. I think he fees are fair and he and his staff are very thorough.
