Steve really came thru for me. I got a bad reckless driving charge 79/40. I got a long bad driving record with many priors including one prior suspension. This was in no way good news for me. Steve gave me a full battle plan and list of things to do. I really felt doing these things would help my case. However, i had surgery shortly after, went out of state, starting working long hours and overtime and overnights. I also closed on a home and had to deal with moving. I ended up not doing any of the assignments (not recommended). Somehow thru some miracle he got a plea bargain for me to drop the reckless to improper driving (not even speeding) and pay a fine. Absolutely incredible and despite everything going against me in this case, this lawyer came thru. His rate was more than fair too.

I wish I could submit more stars for Mr. Steve Duckett. This attorney not only represented himself in a professional and respectful manner, but he displayed excellent skills as an attorney in the court room. Without going into to many details, Mr. Duckett was able to successfully beat the prosecution's opposition on more than one occasion preventing me from receiving any convictions in the end. He was able to answer all of my questions and would accommodate his schedule to make time for me whenever I requested it. Mr. Duckett was also direct and forthcoming about all the facts throughout the entirety of my situation; he never made any false promises and always ensured that I was informed about all the possible outcomes in my situation. His calm and empathetic demeanor provided emotional support for me and my wife during a very dark time. Every single prediction he made in my case was accurate and the delivered results were even better than what I originally presumed to be the "best case scenario". I cannot recommend this individual enough and am humbly grateful for everything Mr. Duckett did and continues to do for me and my family.

Ms. Lenox sent an email request at 10pm EST to my daughter on a Sunday night in hope to get text messages exchanges between my daughter & I for her client’s court hearing on the next day at 9am. Ms Lennox threatens to subpoena my daughter’s phone records if she doesn’t comply. My 25 yr old is so terrified that she couldn’t sleep or function. The case has nothing to do with my daughter but Ms. Lennox is using fishing tactic to looking for evidence that might help her client. She is seriously violating ethics because now my ex can get hold of my sensitive personal informant such as my phone number without my consent.

Working with Attorney Lindsey was great! It felt more like I had a friend defending me in the court room, than an attorney who barely knows me.
