Was in a very stressful situation where I thought my life was pretty much over. 3rd dui within 10 years. Facing a felony and 6 months in jail had me pretty concerned. I heard some good things about Mr. Pignone so I hired him. I cannot express how happy I am that I did. If you’re reading this and are facing a similar situation hopefully this will end your search on the perfect DUI lawyer because Mike is the best. He was realistic with the expectations. His goal was to get the felony off my record and minimal jail time as a 3rd faces 6 months in jail. Given my BAC that I blew I was for sure screwed. Well.. Mr. Pignone worked with me and not only did my felony get cleared, I had NO jail time! Im working with a program and if I stay on track (which I will) It’ll get amended even more! I cannot express the relief and weight lifted off of me. This usually does not happen to someone with these charges. I've retained Mike Pignone for the past 7 years for alcohol related DWI charges, He is the best lawyer for these cases. He understands the law and ensured that I received the correct adjudication. Working with Mike was a very good experience. At our initial phone consult and initial meeting Mike listened patiently. At some points he me prompted for further details and some how made 4 pages of notes. Mike filed a motion to get discovery information and invited me to review it with him. During this review, Mike was able to detail strengths and weaknesses on both sides and laid out a strategy. Mike was very convinced by the evidence that jail time was off the table and that the State's case was vulnerable. Mike advised me that it was likely that a prosecutor would make a deal, if not dismiss. We did not communicate much until a couple days before trial; at that point, Mike was able to tell me what to expect on the day of, whether to drive myself or not, and where he would meet me and how to avoid the crowds. At court, Mike was recognized by name by the judge and several other court staff members. Prior to my case being called on the docket, Mike had secured an amended charge for me which was second only a complete win. I am very happy that I hired Mike and would return if needed and will send all friends and family in need of counsel his way. Thanks Mike!

I recommend Michael Pignone because I had a dui case and he worked very hard to help my case. Being this was my second offense he was very clear and straight forward with the outcome. He is very understanding and truly cares about the people he represents and takes his cases very serious. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a situation. I was given a restricted license for 6 months and have to do classes. I have to be honest I feared jail time but he truly investigated my case and help with me having to do just those two things.
