Andrew Lindsey is the only attorney I’ve ever met who I would not change one thing about. I had the opportunity to work with Andrew during his time as a Virginia public defender. Immediately upon the assignment of his first case, it was evident that Andrew treated his clients as human beings, regardless of what they had allegedly done. I witnessed Andrew get to know his clients on a personal side and take a genuine interest in their life and their needs. Despite his caseload being quite large, Andrew always promptly visited his clients that were incarcerated, and met in person or by telephone with those that weren’t. Whether it meant staying late nights at the office or even coming into work on a holiday, Andrew was determined to secure results for his clients who otherwise would not have had a chance. Most other attorneys with court-appointed clients would appear in court to basically just go through the motions with the judge and prosecutor. But Andrew was not afraid to stand up to system, or try out strategies outside the way things had always been done before.

Steve is a very professional, very confident defense lawyer. He always got back with me regarding any questions I had in a timely manner. Andrew Lindsey is the best lawyer I have ever came into contact with or heard about. He wasn't my original lawyer, my original one told me that he believed I was innocent, but it didn't matter and that the judge would find me guilty since my offense was a serious one and they always rule guilty if you can't prove your innocence. Mr. Lindsey took on my case after that, and he fought for me like no one has before. He believed in me and worked tirelessly to prove my innocence. He is passionate about his work and his clients and I could feel his genuine care for my situation and my life in the way he fought for me. My case went on for quite a while, and not once did he get discouraged when things looked like they may not have went our way, but instead used it as motivation to do more research, look at things from a different angle, and pick through every detail with a fine toothed comb. Needless to say, my innocence got proven. Even after the case, I have contacted Mr. Lindsey with legal questions or issues and he helped me out on his own time, and someone who would go out of their way for you knowing they aren't getting anything in return is hard to find. No matter what your situation may be or whatever people are trying to tell you, if you want someone on your side that will fight for you like no other, Mr. Lindsey is the ONLY lawyer you want!!!
