I contacted Mr. Duckett based on all the positive Google reviews and don't regret my decision one bit. My son was is his first auto accident and admitted fault because he hit the other driver. After reviewing the body cam footage and hearing the other driver's account of what happened, my son being at fault was highly questionable. Nevertheless he admitted fault and the officer gave him a "lesser charge" of reckless driving. Mr. Duckett explained that was not a lesser charge and is a misdemeanor that could result in penalties of jail time, fines, points on or suspended license and getting legal representation was a wise thing to do. From start to finish working with Mr. Duckett and his office was a great experience despite the circumstances. Mr. Duckett knows his stuff and I always felt like we were in good hands. Due to scheduling, the officer was unable to make it to the December court date. Instead of continuing the case to March, Mr Duckett and the judge agreed to close the case with a $100 fine. I highly recommend Mr. Duckett and Price Benowitz.

Mr. Lindsay was hired to deal with my expungement after a nolle pros charge. I initially tried to conduct this by myself and was unsuccessful because the prosecutor objected this causing the judge to denied my expungement. Mr. Lindsay was able to review my case and file an immediate appeal with the court system to hear it again but with his representation. Mr. Lindsay was able to schedule a hearing in a quick manner and successfully argued on my behalf when the prosecutor continued to object.
