Throughout the entire process, Attorney Lindsey was professional, provided good counsel, and ensured that things would be able to proceed as promptly as possible, given the circumstances. On the day of my hearing, it was obvious that he'd had prior discussions with the state about the case and that he'd done an excellent job advocating with me before I appeared before the judge. I would highly recommend Att. Andrew Lindsey for all your needs. I’ve been in law enforcement in one capacity or another since 1976. I was recently retired and headed home from our first season in Florida when I was given a ticket for over 20 MPH on a major highway. To my surprise when I looked closely at my citation it said Reckless. I was never informed by the trooper of the charge of Reckless as is the norm after researching Virginia laws and it’s practices. I immediately looked on line and found Andrew. I do admit to speeding but there was nothing Reckless about a clear day with No traffic on a straight highway. If you’ve found yourself in such a situation in Virginia get a lawyer. Very pleased with Andrew in every way. It was a costly experience that law abiding travelers should not have to experience. The end result was a plead of 9 MPH over the speed limit and a fine of 579.00 including court costs. The judge decided to double my fine because in was in a high accident zone. Lesson learned and couldn’t have done it without Andrew and his representation.

Steve helped my son with a 102mph traffic ticket. He gave us a list of things to do (drivers improvement class, etc...), we did them all, and in the end instead of reckless driving my son got a speeding ticket for 84 mph with a $250 fine.
