I had a very difficult case that was quite complicated with many factors involved. It also didn’t help that I was an out of state father. Michael Daugherty took the time to listen to everything I wanted to share. In case preparation, he quickly identified the facts of the case that would be most effective to present in court. He offered his ideas and listened to my ideas of how I wanted to present the case. I never felt rushed and was very satisfied in the way we worked together to prepare for court. Mr. Daugherty discussed my case with other attorneys in his firm seeking their individual expertise to maximize our preparation for court. Mike was one of the most professional lawyers in the Prince William County Courthouse. Mike knew the judges and how to present a very solid case for my Child Custody Hearing. My Son's mother left in the middle of the pregnancy and prevented giving me an opportunity to be a part of his life.
