While heading to work one day, I was ticketed for driving over the speed limit, being that this was my first speeding ticket, I had no clue what to do. I found Mr. Mark Bailey. He was very professional and kept me calm. He was able to get the ticket reduced and informed me promptly after the court session. I hired Mike 65 days ago. Today was finally court in Fauquier county. 9/13/21. I was charged with a DUI, and child neglect due to someone under the age of 18 in the car. Mike handled it. He got the child neglect dropped. I am beyond happy with the outcome. I was anxious, depressed, and scared but he always made me feel confident during those moments. Nicole Naum and JC Estevez are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Mr. Pignone was a great attorney for my daughters case! He is a very professional and responsive lawyer who took on a tough case and got the level of the severity of her charges lowered and dropped! We were very pleased and highly recommend him!!!

I called Mike on short notice, he asked for 2 things my court date, and my charge. He said meet there at 9am and asked for simple documentation I needed to acquire. I had no real expectations aside from the fact he came HIGHLY recommended. He went above and beyond, up against a cop who wanted to give me time for HIS own mistake, and inability to read documentation correctly. Mike would not have any of it. Mind you the cop that had charged me has also been well known to “target” some acquaintances and friends of mine as well. I’ll just say we all share similar traits and characteristics.
