I hired Mr. Simmons as my criminal defense lawyer. He was exceptional. He dealt with all my precedings from start to finish. From the beginning Mr. Simmons has always been straight forward and never pushed me to choose something I was not comfortable with given at hand. When I had questions Mr. Simmons always answered truthfully of what he knew. If I was not able to get in touch with Mr. Simmons, he always called back in a timely manner. He always kept me and my family informed of what was to come or what could happen. Not only has Mr. Simmons dealt with my case wonderfully but aside from business Mr. Simmons has visited me on multiple occasions while I was incarcerated just too see how I was doing but he has gone above and beyond and took the time to check up on my wife and children as well as my family. I first met Mr Simmons when he was appointed by the court to represent my nephew, I have never met a more dedicated lawyer, even tho he was appointed he did everything in his power to represent this young man, I was so impressed with Mr Simmons that I hired him to represent my grandson on a traffic matter. Mr Simmons will always be my choice for a lawyer whether he can help me with my case or he has to refer me to another lawyer, I respect his opinion about other lawyers, and I feel that he would do anyone justice whether you can pay him or not.
