WOW! This firm is on POINT! As soon as I walk in I was kindly welcomed by reception. From that I began to feel at ease. Once I met with Nicole Naum she thoroughly explained the process to me and ensured that I understood every possible outcome. Up through my court date Nicole’s paralegal, Katia, maintained contact with me. She was consistent with providing me with updates and she was prompt to reply to my emails. On the day of court I was a nervous wreck, but as soon as I saw Nicole there waiting for me I immediately felt more calm. Through her knowledge, confidence, and strategic planning she was able to get my charge of DUI 1st offense reduced to improper driving. I honestly could not have done this without her. She literally saved my career and I will put my money on her every time.

JC recently helped me with a reckless driving ticket. I had prior speeding tickets and was facing possible jail time, against all odds, he was able to have it reduced to a speeding and no jail time. I highly recommend this law firm. They take on each case as if it was a family member.. and look at every option available to help your case and will communicate with you on what is the best route. They ask you what are specifically trying to avoid ( felony, jail time) and work around ur wishes I am thankful for the opportunitys/ option that were presented to me and was informed of every possible outcome before court and due to the ever changing circumstances of my case. This is the second time I have used Nicole's services.....one for my oldest daughter (with great results) and now for my younger daughter for reckless driving (she actually had two high-rate of speed tickets in five weeks). As some may know, Virginia is VERY tough on speeders. We followed Nicole's recommendations and when my daughter went to court today, the outcome was much better than our most hopeful expectations.
