I would just like to say how amazing of a lawyer Nicole Naum is and share my experience I had. I was charged with a 2nd DUI with a BAC of .17 which is a very serious charge. I knew that I would have to hire an attorney so I did my research and came across Battlefield Law Group. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole and immediately felt like she was the perfect lawyer for my case. She thoroughly explained all of the possible outcomes that can happen. Once the court date approached, the prosecutor had given us a plea deal that Nicole thought was not good enough and suggested we go to trial (with no guaranteed in winning the case). It was a very hard decision to make, but Nicole’s confidence and determination to win really made me put all my trust in her. I am so glad I did because she got my charge DISMISSED! I could not thank Nicole enough and highly recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience. Mark Bailey was well prepared and delivered on everything promised...all on short notice. He was informative, courteous, and very clear on what our expectations should be. He clearly knew how the legal machine operated (court, judge, prosecutor, etc) relative to traffic accidents. The law firm will be the first call I make should I need them again.
