When I ran into legal trouble, and had criminal charges brought against me, I was uncertain on how to proceed. I knew I wanted a good lawyer. Mark Bailey was recommended to me by a friend. I asked him to representment me and he took my case. I am so thankful that he did. Through Mr. Baileys expertise and diligence my case was eventually dismissed. Mr. Bailey was a great communicator, easy going, professional, honest, genuine and thorough. In court the judge looked at me and said "you've got a great lawyer here." I sentiment I fully agree with. It was clear Mark was respected by both the judge and the prosecutor. I want to thank Purnell, McKennet and Menke, and most of all Mark Bailey, for their firm and their excellent lawyer. This is the second time I have used the Reed Law Firm , the first time was a divorce which I hired another lawyer that went on for months without a settlement, I fired him. The Reed firm handled it in weeks & charged me $5,000 less. Second time was a "slip & fall" that they handled everything, told me what to do, kept me informed & got me a cash settlement. HIGHLY RECOMEND.....

I would definitely recommend this firm in a heart beat, for almost 3 years they handle my case making sure I was provided with the proper medical care and attention. Even when the opposing party would play the waiting game, the Reed firm would move quick to get their attention. Mr. Mark Bailey has been amazing throughout the whole process of my case & has done everything in his power to make sure that my first speeding ticket would be reduced from the punishment they originally imposed . I can’t thank him enough for all the help .

To make a long story short, have not been impressed with Mr. Purnell. The law firm was referred by a close friend of the family that had previously used them to handle their estate planning. My parents had a consultation with Mr. Purnell and we (Executor) meet with him again early in January to review the possibility of making changes to the existing Estate doc's. The doc's were left approx. a week prior to the scheduled meeting to allow him time for review. Arrived for meeting and no preparation had been done, took over 2 hours to review while we sat there. Followed up with a summary from the meeting and potential changes to be made, but needed more clarifications on a few items. From this point forward nothing else occurred. After several times of trying to contact Mr. Purnell I finally got a reply approximately a month later that he was tied up with other cases and would be available shortly. Due to dealing with a time constraint, which he was a ware of, if his schedule did not allow him the time to move quickly on the issue at hand, then that info should have been addressed at the time of our meeting. BUT received a more than expected Billing amount for the work preformed, or should say lack there of. The other attorney's within this firm maybe more responses, which by other reviews looks to be the case. Would not recommend Mr. Purnell to friends or family!

I cannot express enough how much Jim has helped my husband and me on 2 separate occasions. First he helped my husband with a hit and run back in 2015. And then helpers me in 2022 with an accident. In both cases he was able to get them settled in a more than reasonable amount of time and he got us both the best settlement possible. I highly recommend Jim and his team and will never look to anyone else.
