I have had three attorneys in legal disputes with a contentious ex. I felt like Goldilocks with a too passive attorney then too aggressive attorney. Robert Dellinger was by far the best. He listened to my concerns, gave me all the potential outcomes, and actually studied my case. Robert actively worked to keep me out of litigation. When we did have to go to court, I was confident I had tried everything. He was professional and direct in preparing me for court making sure I understood the strengths and liabilities of my actions and requests. Robert was well prepared for court. Anytime I brought up a thought or concern during the two-day trial, he knew what I was taking about and where the documentation was to support or defend my concern.
