Sarah Welch was absolutely amazing. Out of all the lawyers I have worked with in the past, she was by far the easiest to get in touch with. I almost always heard back within a few hours at most, which to me, was above and beyond. She was not only incredibly responsive, but also gave me a lot of details, was proactive about my case and all actions leading up to it, and it was very clear that she cared about me and my case, and didn't take it lightly, even though it seemed like it would be a fairly simple win. She reached out to me regarding things I should be doing to be prepared and was 100% on top of everything. She was personable and kind as well, which was an added bonus. I also felt that the cost was reasonable and fair. Frankly, with other lawyers and firms in the past, I have paid MUCH more for MUCH less. I don't think that I could be any more pleased with her service or the firm as a whole. Even if the judge had not ruled in my favor, I believe I would feel exactly the same way. It has been just over a month since my court date and I have already referred two friends to their firm. Their cases don't fall under the type that Sarah handles, however I was so impressed by all the staff I interacted with, that I am confident in the ability of all of their lawyers. I recently hired Nicole and her team in a very serious criminal matter; in which I was fasley accused of accusations I did not commit.
